We are considering THREE Projects :

Contactless, Measurement of Liquid level in tank with option to measure volume through Ultrasonic Sensors. |

Measurement of liquid level in vessel along with volume through Pressure Transmitter immersed in the liquid. |
The Sensors for all three have been sourced. We are always on the look out for superior alternatives. |

Operational parameters like Pipe Pressure; Rate of Flow of media in pipeline to be configured & keyed in at site. |

Option for remote parallel display.
Option for memory thru external attachment to take in cumulative data for the day with date & time.

Option to pre-set rate of flow limit - overflow & underflow visual alarm. |
Suggested R & D : to include measurement of liquids. |
At present sensor has 4-20mA o/p. This possibly can be used for setpoint. Otherwise should the sensor have mv/v o/p ? If so we will have to source the sensor. |

System to indicate depth of tank.
After determining tank dimensions at site, details are to be keyed in & volume to be displayed. Should the tank dimensions be irregular, we will confine to depth & use Weights & Measures Calibration to provide volume. |

Transmitter & Receiver to be fitted on tank top with IP to take care of weather conditions.
Display to be located at the base of the tank. To specify maximum distance permissible between the two.
System to take care of power fluctuations.
To what extent can tank vibrations & along with it vibrating liquid in the tank - this effect be neutralized?
Replacement of PCB at site.
Optional facility for online UPS.
Optional facility for remote display.
Optional Printer facility with date & time.
Optional setpoint facility.
Option for memory - this is important here as inventory, consumption, stock can be checked.
Option to interface System with PC/Server thru wireless.
Option to provide Picture-in-Picture facility when more than one tank is involved.
